My name is Sarah Scheibe and I was born in Enid, Oklahoma. My father was in the Air Force, so I have lived all over. Some of the places I grew up in are: Oklahoma, Alabama, England, South Carolina, and Georgia.
I have always loved music and began piano lessons at the age of 5. When I was a teenager, I started taking voice lessons and continued singing in college.
While I was in High School, I was a part of many choirs and ensembles. I had the privilege to sing at National American Choral Director's Association with Robert Ray conducting and Carnegie Hall with John Rutter conducting. I went to college at Kennesaw State University where I majored in Music Education with a vocal focus. I was involved in Opera workshops along with musicals such as Candide, Sweeney Todd, and Pippen.
I came to Kennesaw Elementary in December of 2003. In 2006, I began the Kennesaw Elementary Second Grade chorus. We sing in the community and at events here at the school. Every year, the First Grade performs the Holiday musical in December and the Second Grade performs the Spring musical.
I look forward to making music with you!
